Is the price per vial or per box?
Vial products show the box price and, when packaging is known, the calculated per-vial amount. Other formats retain their own commercial unit. Check the selected variant.
Which channels are official?
Use the official channels page. Unconfigured contact fields are not replaced with working fictitious phone numbers.
Where can I find batch documents?
Look up the code in batch verification or request the corresponding document from support. General product specifications differ from the batch COA. Absence of a public record does not determine batch validity.
Does changing the market change my currency?
Yes. Selecting Brazil switches the currency to BRL; China to CNY; and the US or Global to USD. Your language stays unchanged, and you can choose another currency afterwards. Converted prices use demonstration exchange rates; the commercial quotation requires confirmation.
Who is responsible for customs clearance?
Responsibility depends on the confirmed commercial terms and destination. No automatic exemption or customs clearance is promised.
Are tracking events live?
No. The current fixture is static and displays its timestamp and demonstration status. It does not represent a real shipment.
How do freight and delivery work?
Freight is not confirmed in the product subtotal. The team confirms route, destination, preparation, costs and dispatch timing in the quotation terms.
Where does the company operate?
The China, US and Brazil operation profiles are editable demonstrations. Confirmed legal entities, addresses, capabilities and routes are pending.
How do payment and availability work?
This site prepares commercial inquiries. Availability, payment method, lead time and final terms are confirmed by the team; adding an item does not place an order.
Can I browse in Portuguese?
Yes. The interface supports Portuguese, English and Chinese. Editorial content identifies its original language when a translation is unavailable.
Does HPLC purity prove sterility?
No. Identity, chromatographic purity, content, endotoxins and sterility are distinct attributes requiring appropriate methods and evidence.
How is total material calculated?
For a single-component vial: amount per vial × vials per box × boxes. Blends retain separate component amounts.
How do I request a quote?
Add specifications to your quote, review quantities and destination, then prepare a WhatsApp message or copy the summary. Sending requires your action.
Does a publication validate this product?
No. Literature describes a study and its material, model and limitations. It does not establish suitability, authorization or a manufacturer relationship for a catalog item.
Are taxes and duties included?
The product subtotal does not establish duties, taxes or brokerage. Each cost must be confirmed separately for the destination.
How can I track a shipment?
The tracking page currently provides a labeled demo: reference DEMO-BL-2026 and verification DEMO. Real shipments require a connected provider.
Can I compare specifications?
Use quick view or the product page to select a variant. Packaging, price and quote items follow that selection.
How many vials are in a box?
Check the selected variant. The vial count comes from its packaging data; do not assume every product has ten vials.
Can I contact the team directly?
